14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 14 calendar days from the date of your first payment to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our service.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 14 days of the initial transaction date.
- Not have exceeded "reasonable" use of the service (e.g., fewer than 50 AI-generated conversations).
- Briefly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction to help us improve our product.
Merchant of Record: Paddle
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment-related customer service inquiries and returns.
As a result, while you can contact us directly, you will also receive communications from Paddle regarding your transactions.
How to Request a Refund?
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at: hello@reponse.ai with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Reponse.ai account.
- The Paddle transaction number (received by email).
- The reason for your request.
Exceptions
Recurring monthly or annual subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical error on our part. We encourage you to manage or cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your dashboard.
