Everything goes on your Shopify invoice.

02Are there any transaction fees?

None. Reponse never takes a share of your sales: you only pay your plan and the AI conversations beyond those included.

03What happens beyond the included conversations?

Each extra conversation is billed, $0.15 on Flex and $0.05 on All-in, within the monthly budget you set. You get an alert before you reach it.

04Is there a commitment?

None. Flex and All-in cancel in one click from your Shopify admin, with no notice and no fee.
