By accessing and using Reponse.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Reponse.ai provides a Customer Experience Suite for Shopify stores: human live chat and shared inbox, tickets, reviews, CRM and analytics, plus optional AI agents billed per agent. The free plan is free forever. For Shopify stores, Reponse operates as a layer on top of the merchant's store: checkout and payment collection stay with Shopify. For stores on Reponse's native commerce engine, payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Plan details are on our pricing page.

3. Account and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. We provide comprehensive technical documentation to assist with your setup.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are prohibited from:

Using the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
Attempting to compromise the technical integrity of the platform.
Using the AI to generate hateful, malicious, or deceptive content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the service, including software, algorithms, interfaces, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Shmore SAS. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Data and Privacy

The processing of your personal data and that of your customers is governed by our Privacy Policy. We regularly publish articles about compliance and data security on our blog. You are responsible for complying with GDPR or applicable data protection regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reponse.ai is provided "as is". While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Shmore SAS shall not be liable for any loss of revenue or data related to the use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Shmore SAS's registered office.
